The PRIVACY of my visitors is of the utmost concern to me, and I make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of names and email addresses submitted to my mailing lists.

Unlike the "email leads" lists that are sold here, my lists are for my use only, to conduct occasional mailings to announce special offers, site updates, or new products and services I may discover.

Your name and email address will be on my personal list if you subscribed to my newsletter or waiting list, purchased a product from me, or joined my affiliate program. You always have the option to "unsubscribe" using the link provided in each email I send out.

My mailing list will NEVER be sold or intentionally revealed to anyone not directly involved in the operation of this site, except in the event of a joint venture with another legitimate vendor, in which case the vendor's product may be announced through my mailing list, while the mailing list itself remains in my possession.

Use of this site is restricted to persons over the age of 18. In the event I learn that I have collected an e-mail address of someone under the age of 18, that e-mail address will immediately be deleted from my database.

Certain identifiable information, such as the type of browser used by a visitor, or what link they followed to enter this site, or which pages within the site they visited, is logged, for the sole purpose of enhancing the experience of our visitors, and/or tracking how well certain links and page sequences work to attract visitors. Any knowledge obtained from this data is solely for the use of the site owner, and is not revealed to third parties.

I process sales orders ONLY through reputable third parties, who use and/or offer secure connections for order processing. NO credit card information will be collected or maintained on my site, nor at my offices. I do, however, receive the names and email addresses of my customers.

I am not responsible for your monetary or business loss, or dissatisfaction with any product or service described here or sold here. The owner and operator of this site will NOT be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, even if they have been notified that such damages have occurred.
